In case you’ve never heard one, Sonics are brief interstitial vignettes that began appearing on our radio station (WCAI, for Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, & Nantucket) the day we signed on. They air unexpectedly during every broadcast day; our way of providing local voices amid all the national fare. We have a bunch right here: Sonic Ids.
At Cowbird, we’re using the audio and short time frame as the construct; you simply match the vignettes with photos, or vice versa. Easy. Over at Transom we’re featuring tips on making these.
