Our radio friend Erica Heilman reached out to Transom with her new audio project — a kind of ongoing global-vox-pop of this moment. Erica produces the podcast, Rumble Strip, and when COVID-19 struck, she wanted to do something useful, so she asked her podcast listeners if they wanted to help her make a story. Word spread. Around the world.
“Our Show” became a growing gathering of voices, a voluntary oral history of this moment on the planet. Transom has been featuring these episodes and have now compiled them into a lovely poetic hour, offering fellowship amidst the unexpectedness of now.
